gif or ogv?
Regarding Special:Diff/915158139, the advantage of using a gif file, it seems, would be automatic looping. That would probably be a good reason to use the .gif file... if it did loop seamlessly. It doesn't yet. Perhaps someone can fix this? ~ ToBeFree (talk) 15:36, 11 September 2019 (UTC)
