Proposing redirect

Governor Cuomo hasn't announced a special election to fill the vacancy following Rep. Slaughter's death, so it appears that it will be filled by a regular November general election as opposed to a special election for this seat. As such, I believe that this article should redirect to United States House of Representatives elections in New York, 2018#District 25. Any thoughts?
