copyright bot

text is from the state provided ballot explanation. therefore not subject to copyright. the website mentioned it copied it from the states documents for thier post - http://www.sec.state.ma.us/ele/elebalquestinfo.htm Tracer9999 (talk) 17:20, 3 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • @Tracer9999: this may seem nitpicky, but can you point to where this (or other documents) are specifically declared Public Domain? I know it seems intuitive that it would be, but we need to confirm that. The only mention I've found on the site you linked so far is a claim of copyright (click "terms and conditions" at the bottom of each page). CrowCaw 22:11, 12 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, It took me so long to get back Ive been away. but for future use - http://www.sec.state.ma.us/ARC/arcres/residx.htm under copyright. "Records created by Massachusetts government are not copyrighted and are available for public use." hope this helps. thanks -Tracer9999 (talk) 19:13, 27 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
