Stevens Park Estates is a neighborhood in Dallas, Texas, United States, created in the mid-1920s by Annie L. Stevens, assisted by her brother Walter A. Stevens. It is subsequent and adjacent to their gift to the City of land initiating formation of the "Stevens Memorial Park" (mostly now occupied by the "Stevens Park Golf Course"), named in honor of their parents, Dr. John H. Stevens and Mary Armstrong Stevens. The Stevens Park Estates addition was planned as part of the Kessler District, a series of parks and neighborhoods through the lower watershed of the Coombes Creek.
In 2018, Stevens Park Estates became the 20th conservation district in Dallas. [1]
