Satsebeli (Georgian: საწებელი) is a Georgian sauce made of tomato paste, cilantro, garlic, vinegar, pepper, khmeli suneli (a traditional Georgian spicy herbs mixture), water and adjika chili paste. It is very hot.[citation needed]
