Prom Dates is a 2024 American coming-of-age comedy film directed by Kim Nguyen, written by D.J. Mausner, and starring Julia Lester and Antonia Gentry.

Premise
Two friends make a pact to have the best prom ever. However, when they unexpectedly break up with their dates, they must find new dates before prom begins.

Production
American High, Hartbeat Productions,[1] and LD Entertainment produced the film.[2] Prom Dates began production in Syracuse, New York[3][4] in 2023.[5]
Release
In November 2023, Hulu bought the right to distribute the film.[6] It was released on May 3, 2024.[7]
Reception
On the review aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes, 41% of 17 critics' reviews are positive, with an average rating of 5.0/10.[8]
