The Phi Delta Theta Fraternity House is an historic house in Lincoln, Nebraska. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on May 28, 1986.
History
The University of Nebraska-Lincoln chapter of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity was founded in 1875.[2] They hired architect Martin I. Aitken to designed their chapter house in 1937.[2]
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on May 28, 1986.[1]
Architecture
The Phi Delta Theta chapter house consists of three-stories.[2] It was built by the Olson Construction Company in 1937. The Art Deco style building is constrcotued of limestone.[2]
