How Could You Believe Me When I Said I'd Be Your Valet When You Know I've Been a Liar All My Life? is a 1972 Australian play.[1] It was a "vaudeville entertainment" adapted from Goldoni's Servant of Two Masters and was devised by John Bell. It premiered at the Old Tote.[2]
Premise
A servant takes two jobs at the same time.
Television adaptation
The production was filmed by ABC television. It aired on 12 August 1973.[3] It went for two hours and used the cast from the theatre production.[4]
