Greens Creek is a rural locality in the Gympie Region, Queensland, Australia.[2] In the 2021 census, Greens Creek had a population of 344 people.[1]

History

Gympie East State School opened on 25 January 1965.[3]

Education

Gympie East State School is a government primary (Prep-6) school for boys and girls at 219 Cedar Pocket Road (26°10′47″S 152°43′58″E / 26.1798°S 152.7327°E / -26.1798; 152.7327 (Gympie East State School)).[5][6] In 2018, the school had an enrolment of 140 students with 10 teachers (8 full-time equivalent) and 9 non-teaching staff (6 full-time equivalent).[7]
