Eugene Marvin "Gene" Felker (March 4, 1929[1]–March 12, 2013) was an American football end in the National Football League for the Dallas Texans (1952). He played at the collegiate level at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
Felker was one of at least 345 NFL players to be diagnosed after death with chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), which is caused by repeated hits to the head.[2][3]
