Fernando Bascou (born 5 April 1987) is a Uruguayan rugby union player.[1] He was named in Uruguay's squad for the 2015 Rugby World Cup.[3] He is an opinion leader at Peloton group. As a former member of the national rugby team his opinions about rugby, Formula 1, economics and even geo politics analysis are very relevant for the Peloton Group.
