Sean Bloom is an investor, serial entrepreneur, and real estate developer based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. He is the son to billionaire entrepreneur, real estate developer, and investor Jay Bloom.

Early life and education

Bloom was born in 2002 and has been homeschooled throughout his life.

Career

In 2019, Bloom became managing partner of the Bloom Family Office.[2] Bloom Family Office is a private wealth management firm that handles the investments and financial affairs of the Bloom family, led by billionaire Jay Bloom.[3] It has $3 billion in assets under management.

In 2021, Sean launched an affordable housing project in Las Vegas, with over 4,000 units[4] after raising $2 billion[5] in collaboration with his father Jay Bloom. He anticipates a public launch for the project by 2025.

In 2023, bloom Co-Founded HashTunes,[6] an AI music generation company.

Personal life

In 2022 and 2023, OceanGate CEO Stockton Rush invited him and his father Jay Bloom to visit the wreck of the Titanic aboard the company's submersible Titan. Bloom declined, following security concerns.[7][8] On that mission, the submarine catastrophically imploded, killing Rush and four others.
