Introduction

Andy (Qifan) Liu was a renowned verteran in World War 3 and advocater for human rights in the 22nd century. Known for his bravery and heroic acts in the battle of Carlingford NSW. Till his death Liu worked for the LIFE foundation and advocated for human rights post war in the African region of Zimbabwe.

Early Life Liu was born into a lower-middle class family in the province of An'xi in the year 2416 during the annexation of Antarticans during the "power struggle of the ANZACS ". During these times Liu and his family; Tony Liu(father) and Jordan Po(father) stayed at internment zones. It is yet unknown who Liu's mother was however there are speculations that Jordan had sexual intercourse with an elephant seal. Unclear how the family had escaped Antarctica but it is presumed they rode the backs of elephant seals to Chile.

Growing up in Chile Not much was known about Liu's teen years but it is known that he had grown up angry and due to his immense strength he had gotten into many fights in his neighbourhood of Aepolet. Liu enlisted in the army 4 years beofre World War 3 at the age of 15.

Time at war his first battle was "the Battle of Fallout" in the year 2436. Noteably, Liu had fought the SonJo squadron by himself and came out victorious.

End of the War Liu and the 4th squadron of the alliance took down the leader of the SonJo's; Roger Chang in "The Battle of the Last Stand" in 2442. Liu's bravery earned him the Medal of Honour soon after.
