Chelownah Sar (Persian: چلونه سر)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Saheli-ye Jokandan Rural District of the Central District of Talesh County, in Iran's Gilan province.[4]
At the 2006 census, its population was 1,294 in 285 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,400 people in 362 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,198 people in 352 households.[2]
