This category shows an incomplete list of IP addresses that have been blocked as suspected or confirmed open proxies (see the WikiProject on open proxies for more information). Pages are usually added to this category by the transclusion of {{blocked proxy}}. Please note that some of these blocks are quite old and the open proxies may now be closed or the IP addresses dynamically re-assigned to innocent users.
