Abdul Ghafoor Assar (عبدالغفور عصار ) was an Afghan footballer who was part of the national team. Assar competed at the 1948 Summer Olympic Games. He also appeared for Mahmoudiyeh F.C.[1]
Assar was the brother of fellow footballer Abdul Ghani Assar.
