2024 MVC tournament winner

The 2023–24 Murray State Racers women's basketball team represented Murray State University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Racers, led by seventh-year head coach Rechelle Turner, played their home games at the CFSB Center in Murray, Kentucky as second-year members of the Missouri Valley Conference.

Previous season

The Racers finished the 2022–23 season 15–16, 7–13 in MVC play to finish in eighth place.[1] They defeated Evansville in the opening round of the 2023 Missouri Valley Conference women's basketball tournament,[2] before falling top top-seeded Illinois State in the quarterfinals.[3]
