Diabetic dermadromes constitute a group of skin conditions commonly seen in people with diabetes with longstanding disease.[1] Conditions included in this group are:[1][2]

Acanthosis nigricans Associated with insulin resistance[2]

Frequent in Hispanics, Africans[2]

Acquired ichthyosis[3]
Acquired perforating dermatosis [2]
Acral dry gangrene Results from large vessel vascular disease[2]
Acral erythema [2]
Carotenosis
Diabetic bulla Tense blisters on legs[2]
Diabetic cheiroarthropathy Thick skin resulting in contractures of fingers[2]
Diabetic dermopathy
Diabetic foot
Diabetic thick skin
Disseminated granuloma annulare Red papules merged into annular shapes[2]
Dry skin
Eruptive Xanthoma Small bumps on outer surfaces of limbs and buttocks, typically red-yellow[2]
Fungal infection

Malum perforans
Necrobiosis lipoidica Patches of thin yellowish skin typically over shins[2]
