Your reverts

I'm a bit perplexed by your reversions. None of my edits removed anything, they simply reduced the post-expand include size of the templates so that they will appear properly. Your reversions mean that those templates no longer appear correctly on pages like 2023 in American soccer. --Ahecht (TALK

@Ahecht: The mass substitution of templates is not an appropriate way to fix this issue, especially if there are further issues down the line. These edits bloated the articles and make them harder to load for editing as well, which is a real issue for contributors with poor internet connections or older hardware. The PEIS issue needs to be addressed within the existing templates, which are more convenient for editors to use and make later fixes much easier to implement.
