Well hello It is interesting to me that this is recorded as an 1886? did you say photo of Blessed Marianne. It is not! In out archives in Syracuse we have the original and it was taken in 1899. She was recovering from an illness at the time. She encloses a copy of the photo to her nephew and says so. It does not seem to me that the editor of the HCH could have captioned it inaccurately because he is a very careful writer. ANyhow, this is not the right year for the photo.

If anyone really wants this informattion I will answer the questions.
