Public Domain?

Is this picture really public domain? The copyright states "no more than the life of the author plus 100 years." The author died in 1933, so 100 years would be 2033, which should mean this image is copyright for another 21 years. 24.28.1.40 (talk) 19:04, 9 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
