Principal speakers were announced as Irwin Edman, professor of philosophy at Columbia University; Elinore Herrick, New York state campaign director of the American Labor Party; and J.B. Neumann, director of the New Art Circle. Daly Theatre was loaned to the art project by Philip Barber, director of the Federal Theatre Project. The series was directed by Dorothy Paris.
