Postcard photo of Ray Rayner as Sergeant Pettibone with Tracer the dog puppet. The program was a Dick Tracy children's show that showed Dick Tracy cartoons. Rayner played a policeman on it and the set was designed to be a police station house.

Card wasn't mailed. Ray Rayner This show of Rayner's ran from 1961 to circa 1966 or 1967, when he moved to a space-type children's show, Rocket to Adventure. Rocket to Adventure was over by 1968.
