B, wrist X-ray image (November 30th, 2009) shows expansive destruction of the first metacarpal bone, thin cortical bone with even density soft tissues inside and swelling soft tissues around. C, 99mTc-0CT-guided octreotide scintigraphy (December 12th, 2009) shows high expression of somatostatin receptor on the first metacarpal bone of left hand (posterior and anterior projection).
