English: The image is taken from the online edition of News in Print August 2006 issue of the University of Santo Tomas Library Manila.

Rationale

It is believed to be in fair use in the article History of University of Santo Tomas because it is a unique historic photograph of high importance, whereas there are no known public domain image for the same subject. Displaying this image on Wikipedia does not reduce the value of the image for the original copyright holder.
