Summary

Description
English: This photograph contains the focused view of the north-western sanctorum(dome) part of the Lakshminarasimha temple, Nuggehalli, Hassan, Karnataka. It displays all the three sanctorum with the outer most being the most ancient. The two small stone block protruding at the bottom of the sanctorum is to drain out the holy water (mixture of turmeric, fruits, kumkum, camphor and water etc.) sprinkled on the idols and washed out during worship.
