Abbreviations: td = terminal denticle of fixed ramus; d1–d3 = principal denticles of the fixed ramus; i1–i5 = intermediate denticles of the fixed ramus; td′ = terminal denticle of the free ramus; d1′–d3′ = principal denticles of the free ramus; i1′–i5′ = intermediate denticles of the free ramus.
