AFTER THE U-BOAT HAD GONE DOWN, 20 GERMANS, OF WHO ONLY SEVEN SURVIVED, BATTLED FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF WITH GIANT SHARK AND FAIREY BARRACUDA BEFORE THEY FOUND THE DINGHY RELEASED FROM THE BRITISH BOMBER WHEN IT CRASHED.
