Summary

Description
Svenska: HMS Östergötlands (J20) vapen 1958-1982. Sedan 1985 fört av HMS Östergötland (Ögd). Samma vapen fördes även av Östgöta flygflottilj (F3, 1926-1974).

Blasonering (Båt): I rött fält Östergötlands vapenbild, en gyllene grip med drakvinge och draksvans, samt med blå draktunga och beväring, i vart av sköldens hörn åtföljd av en ros av silver. Krona: Kunglig

Blasonering (Flyg): I rött Östergötlands vapenbild, en grip av guld med drakvinge och draksvans samt med blå tunga och beväring, i vart av sköldens hörn åtföljt av en ros av silver. Krona: Kunglig
English: Coat of arms of the HMS Östergötland, part of the Navy of Sweden. Also used by Östgöta flygflottilj (Östgöta Air Force Wing) part of the Swedish Air Force.
Blazon: Gules, the provincial badge of Östergötland, a griffin segreant or with dragonwing and tail, armed and langued azure between four roses argent.
