English: A displacement reaction invloving CpRh(CO)2 with a generic ligand, in which the Cp ligand undergoes a change in hapticity from η5 to η3 in the transition state. The reaction is completed with Cp returning to η5 state via the loss of a CO group to form CpRh(CO)L. This is the colored version of the file, in which the changing hapticity is denoted.
