Summary
Colonel Rose V. Straley, Army Nurse Corps, Chief of Nursing Activities, Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. As a Lieutenant Colonel in 1967, Straley was assigned as the first Chief Nurse of the 44th Medical Brigade in the Republic of Vietnam.
