Object history
Deutsch: Der Landeshauptmann von Oberösterreich beurkundet, dass die oberösterreichische Landesregierung in ihrer Sitzung am 12. Oktober 1981 im Grunde des § 4 Abs. 1 der O.ö. Gemeindeordnung 1979, LGBl.Nr. 119 der Gemeinde Oberkappel im politischen Bezirk Rohrbach das Recht zur Führung des vorstehend beschriebenen Gemeindewappens verliehen hat.
Die oberösterreichische Landesregierung hat ferner mit Beschluss vom 12. Oktober 1981 die vom Gemeinderat der Gemeinde Oberkappel in der Sitzung am 21. Juli 1981 festgesetzten Gemeindefarben WEISS-GRÜN gemäß § 4 Abs. 5 der O.ö. Gemeindeordnung 1979 genehmigt.
