Harriman, der amerikanische Multimillionär und Groß-Industrielle weilt augenblicklich in Berlin, um mit Vertretern von Sowjet-Russland wegen einer Riesenkonzession von Manganerzen zu verhandeln. Die Verhandlungen stehen vor dem Abschluß und bedeuten dieselben einen wichtigen Beschluß in der kommenden Wirtschaftspolitik.
